Meringues are light and delicate, crunchy, sweet, piped vanilla discs.  
 
These melt-in-your-mouth treats are two inches in diameter and come in approximately 8 oz packaging
 
If you so desire you can join two together with cream or you can top each meringue with your choice of cream, fruit or sauce.  Although they are delicious just by themselves.

  •  Store your meringue in a sealed container away from humidity so it stays crunchy and fresh. Do not add cream or fruit more than one hour before serving or your meringue will become soft.
